    Responsibilities

    The Product Management Analyst will report to the Product Team and will participate in the product support, the product development, and the product review lifecycles.  Specifically, the Product Management Analyst will be responsible for helping input and maintain data and coordinating with business partners to ensure the timely completion of Product submissions.  In addition, the Product Management Analyst may also assist in the creation, comparison, and auditing of terms and conditions and customer contract material, to ensure the accuracy of content, images and format are consistent and maintained throughout all product materials.  The Product Management Analyst will distribute all approved Customer Contracts to internal execution teams, informing them to operationalize the customer contract, and answer any clarifying questions. The Product Management Analyst will also assist with obtaining and reviewing Product data from multiple sources, as well as consolidating the data into an easily presentable format.

     

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Lead efforts to communicate cross-functionally between different departments to ensure timely product implementation. The teams include but are not limited to Legal, Marketing, Account Management, Fulfillment, and Call Centers
    • Conduct detailed reviews of product data to identify fluctuating Product figures and help identify any quality issues, ensuring that all products adhere to internal business rules
    • Oversees Fulfillment weekly audit, reviewing and releasing materials as appropriate
    • QC all fulfillment setups prior to production, to confirm consistency with distributed copy
    • Report on weekly / monthly KPI metrics
    • Input and update Template, Product, Administrator, and Obligor data into the Master Database
    • Distribute approved Customer Contracts to internal execution teams, validating that all internal controls have been met (checklists)
    • Upload distributed Customer Contracts in appropriate trackers and ‘source of truth’ repositories
    • Correct or record omissions, errors, or inconsistencies and ensure changes are implemented
    • Mark copy to indicate and correct errors in type, arrangement, content, grammar, punctuation, or spelling
    • Read corrected copies or proofs in order to ensure that all corrections have been made
    • Compare information or stats with original copy, to detect errors
    • Ensure documents contain all required disclaimers, footnotes, legal copy
    • Develop familiarity with correct logos, product names, and legalese for content/product
    • Review all materials for visual standards & consistency, format, style and design

     

     

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years experience in a similar job / similar role
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Organized and analytical with a strong attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; good computer skills
    • Proven ability to multi-task and finish projects accurately and on time
    • Solid interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Understanding of proper sentence and paragraph construction
    • The ability to quickly and accurately compare similarities and differences among sets of letters, numbers, objects, pictures, or patterns
