    The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the payroll processing of all multi-state, multi-entity weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for 1200+ employees.  


    • Perform all activities necessary to process a multi-state, multi-entity weekly and biweekly payroll
    • Responsible for verifying new hire information entered by HR
    • Process all payroll changes including rate changes, employee profile changes, and involuntary payroll deductions
    • Familiar with UltiPro Time Management system
    • Create reports for senior management and assists with special projects as needed
    • Process monthly reports for Finance, Accounting and Worker's Comp
    • Address supervisor inquiries relating to time sheets and pay discrepancies
    • Reconcile taxes and balancing payroll reports for quarter-end/year-end filing
    • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
    • Responsible for payroll configuration and troubleshooting within UltiPro
    • Assist managers and employees in the resolution of employee pay concerns
    • Responsible for administering the PTO balances and accruals.
    • Responsible for the 941 Reconciliation
    • Monitoring the 270K IRS Compensation limit for highly compensated employees
    • Assist with implementing interface files
    • Cross training within the Payroll department
    • Provide UltiPro Time Management training documents to all new supervisors
    • Prepare ad-hoc reports for business partners upon request



    • Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience
    • FPC Certification (Fundamental Payroll Certification)preferred.
    • Strong working knowledge and experience utilizing of payroll software is required (UltiPro specific experience is preferred)
    • Business Intelligent reporting
    • Multi-state processing experience
    • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced and deadline oriented team environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel is required
