    Responsibilities

    • Procure and maintain inventory stock levels and non-inventory items within warehouse and service vehicles via the Inventory Management System
    • Expedite and schedule customer field generated part orders and maintain timely communication with customers, vendors and co-workers.
    • Responsible for timely processing of all purchase receipts and maintaining filing system
    • Submission of vendor return on all non-stock, unused and ordered in error items
    • Submission of failed part/equipment warranty claims and the return/disposition of failed parts upon request from vendor, within the specified time requirement.
    • Distribution/Delivery of Truck Stock Replenishment and Part Orders
    • Maintain an organized and safe warehouse/work environment
    • Participate in the Annual Physical Inventory count and Vehicle Audits and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Computer literate in Windows based environment; knowledge of inventory management system a plus, Excel and Microsoft Word
    • Valid Drivers License – Clean driving record
    • Able to work Seasonal shifts
    • Available to work overtime on weekends and/or evenings as needed
    • HVAC or work related experience preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
