    Responsibilities

     

    The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will work within our CMS (Sitecore) to update content, assist with new campaign or promotional launches and periodically audit the site to ensure quality and accuracy of content.  The position includes producing landing pages and web features, and managing content across multiple websites and systems. The candidate will need to leverage strong organizational skills and detail-orientation to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Manage and execute digital production requests and projects including launching new partners and products.
    • Produce landing pages and web features, and manage content across multiple websites and systems. 
    • Work with web team members in all functions (designers, developers, marketers).
    • Conduct hands-on QA testing of all aspects of web functionality, logging and reporting on bugs and issues as they arise. 
    • Deliver responsive support to stakeholder questions and issues related to digital content. 
    • Be a brand steward and last line of defense to ensure compliancy and consistency with all campaigns and initiatives across the web properties. 
    • Handle project/work activities with broad scope and functional impact. 

     

    Qualifications

    • 0 – 3 years of digital marketing experience
    • BS/BA in related subject
    • Experience with or willingness to learn content management systems
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat is preferred
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
    • Good communication skills, verbal and written
    • Ability to work with a diverse range of talents, personalities and teams
