    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a consumer-direct Marketing Manager to support the growth of an exciting new OnDemand initiative at HomeServe that complements our core repair service plan business.  Customers in specific markets can now schedule repair service, tune-ups and heating/cooling equipment installation without having a repair plan with HomeServe.

     

    This individual will be responsible for planning, execution and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEM/SEO, online lead generation, direct mail, and other consumer-direct initiatives that optimize marketing ROI.  Working closely with the SVP of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives, the Manager will collaborate with key internal and external teams to optimize all lead generation efforts and the conversion of leads to sales.

    • Manage the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies for HomeServe OnDemand, working with internal marketing resources and external partners
    • Monitor, analyze and interpret marketing campaign results, including all key metrics - leads, calls, appointments and sales
    • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing KPI reports
    • Track and update annual marketing budgets; diligent monitoring of expenses vs budget
    • Liaise with Service Team Field Leadership regarding marketing activity and keep them apprised of all in-market campaigns
    • Liaise with Call Center/Call Center Manager keeping them apprised of all marketing campaigns

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in consumer-direct marketing, preferably for home services businesses
    • Experience executing, measuring and reporting on marketing campaigns
    • Extensive experience managing SEM campaigns and SEO initiatives - either directly or through an agency relationship, online lead generation, direct mail campaigns and other consumer-direct marketing channels
    • Strong project, program and campaign management experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience managing budgets, reconciling variances and providing detailed explanations
    • Results oriented; demonstrated success in overcoming obstacles and launching campaigns on time and on budget
    • Self-starter; able to seize opportunities with minimal direction
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
    • Ability to navigate and influence across teams
