    Position Overview:

    The ideal candidate should be well rounded, with the ability to work individually and on a team.  The Quality - Billing Analyst must be extremely familiar with accounting controls and adept at understanding financial data.  On a daily basis, you will be responsible for the following

    • Collaborate with Operations leadership to establish and implement best practices to develop a quality program to measure performance for different operations processes: i.e., enrollments, third party vendor services, payment processing, etc.
    • Create and maintain quality dashboards that will allow different areas of operations to accurately track and report on quality to determine where improvements are most needed.
    • Improve data collection and reporting in order to monitor daily business activity and identify process improvement opportunities.
    • Complete ad hoc requests/projects as needed.
    • Maintain vendor relationships to ensure compliance with billing industry standards and industry trends.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline all activities
    • For all exceptions streams, perform the corrective action in proper work products and systems to ensure payment is applied.
    • Track the status and progress of all exceptions, reporting to accounting on a detailed item level basis until all exceptions have been resolved. You will also prepare reports relating to the timeliness of exception resolution.



    • College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Operations, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
    • Ability to communicate with internal and external personnel in a positive manner utilizing strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Ability to converse at a technical level with IT
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve quickly in a fast paced environment.
    • Team oriented, a self-starter, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Good communications skills (Written & Oral)
    • Experienced with MS Office Suit
    • Advanced MS-Excel skills required
    • Visio – MS- Desired
