    Responsibilities

    HomeServe Labs is a tech start-up wholly owned by HomeServe PLC, an international home assistance company. HomeServe Labs are developers of smart home tech and in June 2016 launched LeakBot, a smart water leak detector designed as an InsurTech IoT product for the home insurance industry. HomeServe Labs are looking to hire a LeakBot Operations Agent to support our growing Operations team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all customer inquiries relating to the LeakBot device
    • Manage the customer interactions in the event of a LeakBot leak alert
    • Lead the process of booking jobs and taking payment when appropriate
    • Facilitate the interactions with the Leakbot engineer network and the parts management team
    • Collect appropriate marketing intelligence at each stage of the customer journey
    • Assist in the creation, development, improvement and implementation of process and procedures for the Leakbot Operations team
    • Provide feedback on the overall customer journey and functionality of the LeakBot device

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
    • 5 years of experience in a customer sales & support role
    • Strong customer management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
    • Demostrated innovation, analytical, networking and planning skills
    • Experience with plumbing and heating systems within a domestic environment preferred
    • Project management and analytical skills preferred
    • Experience dealing with financial services / insurance products preferred
