    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Workload Supervisor, the primary focus of this role is to ensure that HVAC field technicians are productive and on-time to service appointments. The dispatcher is responsible for proactively monitoring technicians work routes and communicating with technicians and the call center.

    • Schedule and route technicians, based on job requirements, skill sets, and availability using the Wennsoft and ClickSchedule systems.
    • Responsible for creating work orders, dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers.
    • Responsible for generating dispatch status reports.
    • Interact and communicate with Field managers, Technicians and the Call Center
    • Work with the Parts Administrators to coordinate specific parts for specific jobs

    Qualifications

    • Excellent Customer Service skills required 
    • Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with in depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows 
    • Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems a plus.
    • Flexibility to work overtime is required.
    • High School Diploma required.
