    • Prepare and develop testing strategy and execution plan, including the creation of use specific use cases
    • Write, review, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation
    • Assist project leaders in solving quality assurance issues
    • Build and execute a core set of regression tests to ensure the integrity of legacy eCommerce functionality is intact
    • Work closely with digital marketing team to develop an in-depth understanding of eCommerce products and site logic
    • Evaluate and test software programs to verify programs function according to user requirements
    • Create and promote a test environment that sets high standards for quality and productivity
    • Validate that software performs to established guidelines
    • Monitor, manage and communicate with outside agency developers on defects
    • Participate in review of standards, procedures, tools and process
    • Establish and facilitate on-going communication with key stakeholders across the organization
    • Have a good understanding of Web User Experiences for best customer experience
    • Work closely with IT for production and non-production server patching to validate integrity of website
    • Troubleshoot with customer support team to alleviate customer issues
    • Validate data integrity



    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 2 years of eCommerce/Digital Quality Assurance
    • Minimum 5 years of QA Assurance experience
    • Experience with Mobile Application Development and Testing
    • Experience with testing across multiple CMS and CRM software platforms and all web browsers
    • Familiarity with Jira bug tracking software
