    Responsibilities

     

     

    HomeServe USA is looking for a Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager who has a passion for never leaving well enough alone. This person will support the Director of Acquisition to expand existing and new sources of prospects for our home repair plans and to provide accurate reporting and analytics to dramatically scale the business.

     

    The role's main responsibility will be to manage the email marketing program setup and deployment for the Digital team for existing customers and prospects, for partner programs and direct to consumer initiatives. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for ensuring consistent, standardized, high-quality business analysis and reporting for all of Digital (inclusive of email marketing, but not limited to website, display, search, promotional, contextual, sponsorship, lead generation and affiliate missives). This person will also leverage the resources of third-party partners (agencies, publishers, analytics providers and other professional services), as well as internal teams to accomplish stated goals.

     

    This person will be very hands on in the visualization, execution, and administration of the email marketing program, acquisition and reporting & analysis efforts.

    • Support the goal of hitting the transactional, revenue and profitability targets for email marketing and acquisition efforts
    • Assist in the creation and implementation strategies and roadmaps to enable us to meet stated acquisition targets across all digital platforms
    • Work with design team(s) on creation of digital acquisition assets to drive transactional and advertising revenue through the ongoing optimization of all transactional landing pages based on an ongoing testing program
    • Perform daily, weekly and monthly digital reporting. Identify trends and correlations in large datasets and communicate results and insights that are actionable
    • Understand digital budgets and financial targets outlined monthly by SVP of Digital Marketing
    • Understand competitors and provide recommendations from analytics to support HomeServe USA maximizing market share within the category
    • Adhoc projects and reporting that relate to audience acquisition as directed by senior management

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting or Finance related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant email service provider and database management experience (setup, implementation and deployments for robust email program)
    • Excellent analytical skills with experience of delivering reports and ensuring recommended actions
    • Ability to work with large datasets across digital and transform those datasets into reporting for an executive audience
    • Advanced Google Analytics skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills beyond Vlookups and pivot tables
    • Experience with forecasting and budgeting
    • Experience working with internal teams and external agencies in the creation of assets needed to satisfy digital campaign requirements
    • Experience working with affiliates and other sources of paid acquisition preferred
