    • Guide website team development efforts towards successful project delivery
    • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
    • Maintain high standards of website development quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
    • Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
    • Design, develop, and unit test websites in accordance with best practices
    • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
    • Provide third-level support for delivered solutions
    • Build high performance, stable scalable systems to achieve business objectives through technical excellence and collaboration with other teams
    • Lead team of web developers (includes 3rd-party resources) and testing resources delivering development processes including coding standards, peer reviews, design sessions, etc. Maintains diligent focus on modern data and infrastructure security challenges and opportunities.
    • Participate in the architecture, documentation, development, debugging, and deployment efforts while addressing cross browser and cross platform concepts and concerns 
    • Ensure the optimize performance of front-end applications, managing JS, JQuery, HTML/HTML5, and CSS file structures within application to optimize page-load performance and code maintainability
    • Designs and develops Internet/intranet web properties through the development life cycle using languages and software products
    • Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
    • Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
    • Completes website development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
    • Supports the Digital Marketing team by developing documentation and assistance tools.
    • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Supports and develops web application developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
    • Ensure to develop code that upholds web standards, accessibility, and usability while also being fast and efficient
    • Work with Content Manager to design and develop for maximum SEO implementation



    • 5+ years’ experience in front-end web development
    • Prior experience in a technical leadership position
    • Extensive experience in developing and troubleshooting on multi-platform cross-browser compatibility IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on Mac, PC, tablets and mobile devices
    • Require hands-on technical skills
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully organize and manage multiple priorities 
    • Excellent communication skills, and can articulate complex ideas to non-technical staff 
    • Able to work in a team environment and collaborates well with others 
    • Is a creative and proactive problem-solver 
    • Understanding of Linux and Apache
    • Demonstrated accountability, sound decision making, analytical thoroughness, clear and concise communications, and the ability to lead and mentor team members
    • Knowledge of web image optimization and compression
    • Ability to communicate in technical and non-technical terms with cross-functional partners
    • Must be able to manage relationships with cross-functional partners
    • Strong attention to detail to keep sites as error-free as possible
    • Good grasp of hosting environments and VMs, including use of the command line in Linux & Windows, bash shell, PowerShell, SSH and templates using PHP, JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS and XML 
    • Knowledge with best in class web and mobile development practices
    • Must have strong experience in enterprise web site development delivering Responsive Websites including website maintenance
    • Experience in a Lead or Mentor role
    • Basic knowledge of Website development, marketing automation, file systems and collaboration tools, always with an awareness of enterprise security 
    • Competence at writing and communication using email, and creating written documents, presentations
