    Responsibilities

     

     

    We are seeking a B2C marketing manager to support the execution of multi-channel marketing programs to build our residential HVAC / Plumbing business. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a cohesive localized marketing strategy including online and offline components.  Working hand in hand with the head of HVAC / Plumbing Marketing Strategy, you will help drive leads for HVAC and Water Heater Sales, Service and Maintenance, collaborating with our internal and external marketing and operations teams to manage lead generation and the conversion of those leads to sales.

     

    • Manage the implementation, and maintenance of multi-channel marketing strategies for HomeServe owned HVAC/Plumbing businesses and OnDemand partner programs working with internal marketing resources and external partners
    • Monitor and track marketing campaign results
    • Prepare weekly / monthly marketing KPI reports to include lead acquisition, call to appointment conversion and complete marketing ROI
    • Track and update annual marketing budgets for owned HVAC/Plumbing businesses and OnDemand partner programs
    • Liaise with HVAC Field leadership regarding marketing activity and keep them apprised of all in-market campaigns
    • Liaise with Call Center / Call Center manager keeping them apprised of all marketing campaigns

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing for home services businesses, preferably residential HVAC / plumbing
    • Experience executing, measuring and reporting on marketing campaigns.
    • Marketing experience in digital, direct mail, print, outdoor & TV
    • Strong marketing background with emphasis on online marketing
    • Strong project, program and campaign management experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience managing budgets
    • Results oriented; demonstrated success in overcoming obstacles and launching campaigns on time and on budget
    • Self-starter; able to seize opportunities with minimal direction
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
    • Ability to navigate and influence across teams
