HomeServe USA is looking for a Director / VP of Digital Marketing who has a passion for never leaving well enough alone. This person will manage the digital customer acquisition team, and report to the SVP Digital Marketing. The team is charged with expanding our online business, both improving existing channels (display, search, email) and creating new ones, i.e. lead-gen, affiliate and direct partnerships.
We are looking to dramatically scale our online business, and the team's responsibility is to drive a quality audience to visit and engage with HomeServe USA’s digital platforms with a goal of hitting advertising, transactional, revenue, and profitability targets.
This person will be supported by a team of 3-4, but will also be hands-on in the visualization, execution, and administration of a variety of acquisition programs not limited to display, search, email, promotional, contextual, sponsorship, and affiliate . This person will also leverage the resources of third-party partners (agencies, publishers, analytics providers and other professional services), as well as internal teams to accomplish stated goals.
