    Reporting to the Director of Field Services, this role will provide the necessary management of the in-home field technicians and installers in the performance of their duties with HVAC and plumbing repair. As needed this position will assist in the training, provide evaluation and feedback, discipline as needed and motivate to achieve expected KPI’s.


    • Ensure business standards are achieved and maintained by all technicians in the repair and installation process.
    • Will play a significant role in managing the hot water heater installation business in New York City.
    • Spend 70% of time in field with technician and installers, educating and developing less skilled into adequately skilled technicians, motivating skilled technicians, and enhancing customer service skills in all.
    • Ensuring adequate coverage in the field for installation availability.
    • Monitor performance proactively by field visits, customer contact, and report analysis.
    • Interview and hire new technician and installers as needed.
    • Identify areas of needed improvement and work to correct those areas.
    • Understand and follow union CBA where it applies
    • Interact with Field Trainer for course needs and development
    • Other duties as assigned by Director of Field Operations for proper business functionality


    • New York City Master Plumbers License
    • Management of Unionized workforce
