The Trainer, reporting to the Supervisor Operations Training, will be responsible for developing and delivering a variety of best-in-class, comprehensive training programs to all levels of call center associates and other audiences as needed.



  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis and regular consultation with business managers
  • Design, develop, and enhance training and development programs based on company and individual needs
  • Consult with the management team on innovative ways to provide solutions to quality issues
  • Design and write new training materials for in-house courses
  • Deliver training and development programs and workshops in classroom and one-on-one settings for various lines of business including Inbound, Repair Management, Insurance, Cost Authorization, and Sales
  • Monitor, review, and evaluate the progress of trainees
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
  • Amend and advise programs as necessary


  • Bachelor’s degree or other certification in Education, English, Communications, HR, or a related field
  • 3+ years of instructional design and/or technical or creative writing experience
  • Strong competence in MS Office
  • Other technological knowledge strongly preferred:
    • Photoshop
    • Camtasia
    • Audacity
    • iMovie
    • Adobe Creative Suite 6
