Position Overview

The Contractor Support Specialist will be responsible for processing contractor claims through various methods including, contractor portal, email and regular mail. This position will also be responsible for communicating and coordinating with contractors and finance regarding invoices and payments. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Support HSUSA contractors with all things related to invoice processing
    • Receive, process, audit/review and approve contractor invoices prior to AP payment
      • Invoices received via the portal, email and paper delivery
      • Ensure invoices match System details on cost, customer and detail
    • Train contractors on use of portal to submit invoices
    • Work with new contractors on how to submit invoices for efficient payment
    • Work with contractors to answer AR past/due balance issues
  • Work with AP department on contractor payment
    • Assist with keeping Oracle/IMPACT profiles in sync
    • Provide assistance to research payments to contractor as needed
    • Assist with any contractor facing issues
  • Assist Supervisor with reports, investigations and contractor payment reconciliation
    • Assist with process improvement as necessary
    • Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
    • Manage contractors assigned in all payment related activity
  • Assist ANM with issues related to contractor payments and coordination
    • Provide general assistance as needed

 

 

Qualifications/Skills

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent data entry skills
