In this critical role, you will work closely with our Director, Total Rewards performing a wide variety of compensation activities, including: reporting & analysis, compensation analysis and administrative duties within the HR Department. Success in this position requires previous experience in administration of compensation programs and the ability to organize and prioritize numerous duties. Comfort, tact and clarity in communicating with all levels of employees are also essential to the success of this role. The role requires an awareness of and adherence to confidentiality and accountability.
