The Director, Total Rewards will focus on the analysis, design, development, implementation and administration of cost-effective compensation and benefits programs within HomeServe USA. Effective program communications, consistency with the Company’s overall total rewards strategies and competitive positioning, compliance and integration with other HR policies and practices are key elements for success.
