Position Overview

 

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for supporting the continued growth of HomeServe USA. The successful candidate will strive to bring HomeServe USA into the forefront as a leading brand through the engagement, management and acquisition of best-in-class talent across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruiting across multiple departments including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development
  • Facilitate university/community relationship programs and initiatives
  • Become a Brand Ambassador within given region
  • Partner with Executives, SMEs, and Hiring Managers to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Aid in developing role profiles and job descriptions
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates.  Facilitate entire interview process.

Qualifications/Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience as a full life cycle recruitement role within a corporate environment
  • Previous experience in call center recruitment preferred
  • Previous experience facilitating university/community relations prgrams preferred
  • Ability to attract, engage, assess and onboard best-in-class talent in a highly competitive environment
  • Exceptional candidate management and negotiation skills
  • Experience working on multiple job requisitions simultaneously across departments and locations
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruiting through social media, CRM systems, Google and boolean search operators, and job boards
  • Experience working with talent management and/or applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • College degree preferred
