In this critical role, you will work closely with our Director of Total Rewards performing a wide variety of C&B activities, including: managing the day to day administration of all benefit programs, reporting & analysis, compensation analysis and administrative duties for the Total Rewards team. Success in this position requires previous experience in Benefits Administration/Analysis, administration of compensation programs and the ability to organize and prioritize numerous duties. Comfort, tact and clarity in communicating with all levels of employees are also essential to the success of this role. The role requires an awareness of and adherence to confidentiality and accountability.
