Position Overview

 

 

This position will work in a fast paced and demanding environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. We are looking for a creative talent who can take charge of our email marketing campaigns but can also be comfortable working with direct mail, website and social media. Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Create content for projects including, but not limited to, web, e-media, brochures, sell sheets, direct mail, PR, newsletters, tradeshow graphics, customer support materials and media campaigns including emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs and workflows
  • Strong marketing copywriting and editing skills
  • Work in CRM, content management and marketing automation tools to design and execute email campaigns, landing pages and direct mail campaigns
  • Test and optimize the user experience to drive demand generation and conversion across all digital properties - including multivariate A/B testing
  • Analyze results of marketing campaigns, trade shows and public relations efforts and help make decisions of go-forward strategy
  • Collaborate with internal staff on content development and creation
  • Work with data team to develop reporting as required with the ability to compile and review raw data, provide analyses and make recommendations to optimize based on established KPIs

Qualifications/Skills

 

 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines with eye for excellence with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B email/digital marketing, demonstrated experience planning and executing
  • Demonstrated proficiency in marketing automation technology required, iContact a strong plus, ability to work in this platform independently
  • Basic understanding of HTML, or CSS, or Java required
  • Word Press experience a strong plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a specific focus on marketing email communications, print and website executions

  • Highly-organized, detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance-driven environment
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple projects (deadlines, calendars, creative and data needs) from beginning to end.
